2 Lemon
1/2 Onion
250 g Shrimp
1/2 c. à café Ground ginger
1 pincée Cayenne pepper
1 Lawyer
1 pincée Fine salt
1/2 Cucumber
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Poach the shrimp for 2 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and let cool.
2. Squeeze the juice from the lemons into a bowl.
3. Add shrimp, cubed avocado, cucumber, chopped onion.
4. Season with ground ginger, cayenne pepper, salt.
5. Mix gently, refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve very cold.
