2 Lemon
160 ml Enriched almond milk
1 sachet Baking powder
80 g Rice flour
2 c. à soupe Honey
2 Eggs
2 c. à soupe Chia seeds
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
100 g Wholemeal flour
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix wholemeal flour, rice flour, yeast and chia seeds.
3. Whisk eggs, almond milk, honey, lemon juice and zest.
4. Assemble the preparations without overworking the dough.
5. Pour into a mold and cook for 32 min.
