Carrot almond cinnamon cake

🛒 Ingredients
250 g Carrot
120 g Cottage cheese
1 sachet Baking powder
80 g Almond powder
2 c. à soupe Honey
1 c. à café Ground cinnamon
3 Eggs
40 g Nut
100 g Wholemeal flour
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Grate the carrots and mix them with eggs, cottage cheese and honey.
3. Add wholemeal flour, almond powder, yeast and cinnamon.
4. Incorporate the crushed nuts, then pour into a cake mold.
5. Cook for 35 minutes and let cool before tasting.
