🛒 Ingredients
350 g Chicken
3 Tomato
100 g Greek yogurt
1 Onion
3 gousses Garlic
2 c. à café Curry powder
1 c. à café Garam masala
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
1 c. à café Ground coriander
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Marinate the cubed chicken with curry, garam masala, salt for 15 min.
2. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil, add chicken, cook for 8 minutes.
3. Add crushed tomatoes, turmeric, simmer for 15 min.
4. Add the Greek yogurt at the end of cooking, stir gently.
5. Serve with brown rice and a pinch of ground coriander.
