🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Bell pepper
1 Tomato
200 g Black beans
1/2 Onion
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1/2 c. à café Sweet paprika
1 Lawyer
80 g Brown rice
2 pièce Wholemeal bread
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook brown rice according to directions.
2. Brown onion, garlic, pepper with cumin and paprika.
3. Add black beans, tomato, simmer for 8 min.
4. Reheat the tortilla, garnish with rice then the bean mixture.
5. Add crushed avocado, roll tightly into a burrito.
