240 g Black beans
130 g Brown rice
1 Lawyer
1 Bell pepper
1/2 Onion
1 gousse Garlic
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1/2 c. à café Sweet paprika
1/2 Lemon
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook brown rice according to directions.
2. Brown the onion and garlic with cumin and paprika.
3. Add the black beans and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Arrange the rice in a bowl, garnish with beans, diced pepper and avocado.
5. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
