250 g Beef
180 g Black beans
150 g Brown rice
1 Lawyer
2 Tomato
2 gousses Garlic
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Sweet paprika
1/2 Lemon
1 pincée Cayenne pepper
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook brown rice.
2. Brown the ground beef with cumin, paprika, onion powder, salt — 8 min.
3. Heat black beans with garlic and cayenne pepper.
4. Mash the avocado with lemon and salt.
5. Assemble the bowl: rice, beef, beans, guacamole and fresh tomato.
