150 g Quinoa
180 g Chickpeas
2 Carrot
1 Zucchini
1 Lawyer
1 Lemon
2 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1 c. à café Sweet paprika
1 c. à café Ground cumin
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the quinoa. Roast carrot and zucchini in the oven (200°C, 20 min) with olive oil and herbs.
2. Brown the chickpeas in a pan with paprika and cumin.
3. Prepare the homemade tahini sauce: sesame seeds mixed with lemon, garlic, water.
4. Assemble the bowl: quinoa, roasted vegetables, chickpeas, avocado.
5. Top with sesame-lemon sauce.
