🛒 Ingredients
240 g Black beans
2 c. à soupe Flax seeds
30 g Nut
4 c. à soupe Maple syrup
1/2 c. à café Ground cinnamon
2 c. à soupe Coconut oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Mix the drained black beans with the maple syrup, coconut oil and flax seeds.
3. Add the cinnamon and mix.
4. Pour into an oiled square mold.
5. Sprinkle with crushed nuts and bake for 20-25 min. Let cool before unmolding.
