🛒 Ingredients
250 g Black beans
1 c. à café Baking powder
70 g Almond powder
3 c. à soupe Maple syrup
2 Eggs
40 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
60 g Dark chocolate
1 c. à café Vanilla extract
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Rinse the black beans and mix them with eggs, cocoa and maple syrup.
3. Add almond powder, yeast and vanilla extract.
4. Add the chopped dark chocolate.
5. Pour into a square mold and cook for 22 minutes.
