🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
3 gousses Garlic
1 morceau Ginger
500 g Chicken
150 g Greek yogurt
1 c. à café Ground turmeric
1 c. à café Garam masala
2 c. à café Sweet paprika
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, turmeric, paprika and garam masala.
2. Marinate the chicken pieces for 30 minutes in this preparation.
3. Thread onto skewers and grill for 12 minutes, turning.
4. Serve with brown rice and carrot-cumin raita.
5. Garnish with lemon.
