1 Bell pepper
1/2 Lemon
300 g Beef
1 c. à café Ground cumin
2 c. à café Smoked paprika
150 g Mushrooms
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the beef into cubes, marinate with paprika, cumin, olive oil, salt for 30 min.
2. Cut pepper and mushrooms into pieces suitable for skewers.
3. Alternate beef, pepper and mushroom on the skewers.
4. Grill in the oven (220°C, 15 min) or on the grill, turning halfway through cooking.
5. Serve with a fresh salad and lemon.
