1/2 Lemon
300 g Sweet potato
2 gousses Garlic
150 g Mackerel
1 c. à café Dried parsley
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the sweet potato for 20 minutes in boiling water, drain.
2. Mash the potato with the drained mackerel, garlic and olive oil.
3. Add dried parsley, lemon juice and salt.
4. Mix until rustic texture.
5. Serve warm or cold with raw vegetables.
