🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
1 Carrot
200 g Tofu
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1/4 c. à café Ground ginger
100 g Edamame
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
120 g Brown rice
1/2 Cucumber
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the tofu into cubes, brown them in coconut oil for 5 minutes on each side.
2. Cook brown rice, prepare thawed edamame.
3. Slice cucumber, grate carrot.
4. Arrange rice in bowls, add tofu, edamame, raw vegetables.
5. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds.
