🛒 Ingredients
160 g Brown rice
2 gousses Garlic
150 g Broccoli
1 Carrot
1 cm Ginger
300 g Chicken
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix 3 tbsp. tablespoon of tamari (gluten-free), grated ginger and minced garlic for the marinade.
2. Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes, then grill it for 7 minutes on each side.
3. Cook the brown rice. Sauté broccoli and carrots in a pan for 5 mins.
4. Slice the chicken and arrange on the rice with the vegetables.
5. Sprinkle with the remaining reduced marinade in the pan.
