1. Cook the brown rice, season with lemon and salt.
2. Slice the salmon into thin slices, arrange them in a fan shape.
3. Cut the avocado into strips, slice the cucumber.
4. Arrange rice in the bowl, garnish with salmon, avocado, cucumber.
5. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon, sesame seeds.
