🛒 Ingredients
100 g Quinoa
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Grenade
120 g Kale
1 pincée Black pepper
4 Eggs
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
20 g Nut
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the quinoa and let cool.
2. Cook the eggs for 6 minutes for calves, peel and cut in half.
3. Massage the kale with olive oil, salt and lemon for 2 minutes.
4. Arrange quinoa in bowls, add kale, eggs, pomegranate.
5. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and drizzle with olive oil.
