200 g Black beans
1/2 Lemon
1 Garlic
1 Sweet potato
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1/2 c. à café Sweet paprika

1. Roast the diced sweet potato in the oven for 25 minutes with cumin and paprika.
2. Cook the brown rice.
3. Prepare the sauce: avocado + lemon + garlic + salt mixed.
4. Reheat the black beans with cumin and salt.
