Turkey and tomato meatballs

🛒 Ingredients
2 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
3 Tomato
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
350 g Turkey
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1/2 c. à café Dried thyme
1/2 c. à café Sweet paprika
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix the ground turkey with garlic, grated onion, Provence herbs and salt.
2. Form balls and brown them for 5 minutes in olive oil.
3. Prepare the sauce: crushed tomatoes, garlic, paprika and thyme.
4. Dip the meatballs into the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Serve over brown rice or wholemeal pasta.
