4 Tomato
3 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
400 g Beef
1 c. à café Ground cumin
2 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à café Garlic powder
1 c. à café Onion powder
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper. Form balls.
2. Brown the meatballs in the pan for 5 minutes, set aside.
3. Brown onion and garlic, add tomatoes, Provence herbs.
4. Return meatballs to the sauce, simmer for 20 min.
5. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
