🛒 Ingredients
3 gousses Garlic
2 Carrot
1 Onion
80 g Spinach
400 g Chicken
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Black pepper
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Place the chicken, chopped carrot, halved onion and garlic in a large saucepan.
2. Cover with cold water, bring to a boil and skim.
3. Add thyme, bay leaf (herbes de Provence), pepper. Reduce heat to low.
4. Let simmer for 35 min. Shred the chicken and return to the broth.
5. Add spinach at the end of cooking, add salt and serve hot.
