🛒 Ingredients
2 c. à café Ginger
60 g Spinach
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
150 g Tofu
80 g Mushrooms
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Heat water without boiling.
2. Dissolve the grated ginger and dissolve a spoonful of sesame paste (tahini).
3. Add the diced tofu, spinach and mushrooms.
4. Let heat for 3 minutes without boiling to preserve the nutrients.
5. Serve hot with sesame seeds.
