🛒 Ingredients
3 gousses Garlic
2 Carrot
2 Onion
500 g Beef
1 c. à café dried rosemary
2 c. à café Dried thyme
200 g Mushrooms
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the cubed beef in olive oil, set aside.
2. Brown onion, carrot and garlic in the casserole dish for 5 min.
3. Return the beef, add 400 ml of water, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper.
4. Let simmer for 1h30 over very low heat, add mushrooms for the last 20 minutes.
5. Adjust seasoning and serve with millet or quinoa.
