2 Carrot
1 Onion
500 g Chicken
150 g Greek yogurt
2 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Nutmeg
150 g Mushrooms
1 pincée Fine salt
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the chicken pieces in boiling salted water with onion and herbs for 30 min.
2. Take 400 ml of broth. Brown carrot and mushrooms for 5 minutes in olive oil.
3. Add the broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Off the heat, add the Greek yogurt and nutmeg.
5. Add the shredded chicken, check the seasoning and serve.
