Garlic

Greek yogurt
400 g
Chicken
2 c. à café
Garam masala
1 c. à soupe
Extra virgin olive oil
200 g
Brown rice
1 pincée
Saffron
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken with ginger, garlic, garam masala and yogurt for 20 min.
2. Brown the chicken in the pan for 8 min.
3. Cook brown rice with golden onion, saffron and water.
4. Mix chicken and rice in a dish, cover and heat for 10 minutes in the oven.
5. Serve garnished with ground coriander.
