🛒 Ingredients
200 g Brown rice
2 Carrot
1 Bell pepper
1 Zucchini
1 Onion
3 gousses Garlic
2 cm Ginger
40 g Cashew nuts
2 c. à café Ras el hanout
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown onion, garlic, ginger in olive oil for 3 min.
2. Add ras el hanout, garam masala, curry, cook for 1 min.
3. Add carrot, pepper and diced zucchini, sauté for 5 min.
4. Add washed brown rice, cover with double the amount of water, cook for 25 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with cashew nuts and serve.
