180 g Brown rice
2 gousses Garlic
2 Carrot
1 Zucchini
80 g Spinach
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
2 Eggs
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook brown rice.
2. Brown separately: spinach with garlic, grated carrots, julienned zucchini. Season each with a few drops of sesame oil.
3. Cook a fried egg.
4. Arrange the rice in a large bowl, arrange the vegetables in sections around it.
5. Place the egg in the center and serve with a mild gochujang (Korean chili) sauce.
