🛒 Ingredients
100 g Spinach
150 g Beef
80 g Mushrooms
2 Eggs
160 g White Short-Grain Rice
1 c. à soupe Soy Sauce
1 c. à soupe Roasted Sesame Oil
2 c. à soupe Gochujang Chili Paste
2 gousses Garlic
1 Carrot
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the white rice and keep it warm.
2. Sauté separately carrot, spinach, and mushrooms with a drizzle of sesame oil.
3. Stir-fry the sliced beef with garlic and soy sauce.
4. Fry an egg with a runny yolk.
5. Arrange the rice in a bowl, garnish with vegetables and beef in a radial pattern, add the egg and a spoonful of gochujang to mix at the table.
