1/2 Lemon
1 Onion
300 g Sweet potato
2 gousses Garlic
250 g Broccoli
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
2 c. à café Curry powder
1 c. à café Ground ginger
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the sweet potato into cubes, cut the broccoli into florets.
2. Brown onion and garlic in olive oil for 3 min.
3. Add curry, turmeric, cumin, ground ginger — cook for 1 min.
4. Add sweet potato and broccoli, mix well. Add 100 ml of water.
5. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Salt, lemon and serve.
