🛒 Ingredients
2 pièce Wholemeal bread
1 Carrot
1 Tomato
180 g Turkey
100 g Cottage cheese
1/4 c. à café Garlic powder
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Black pepper
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Slice the cooked turkey into thin strips.
2. Mix cottage cheese, Provence herbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
3. Spread the cottage cheese on the tortilla.
4. Add turkey, salad, grated carrot and tomato.
5. Roll up and serve immediately.
