1. Sauté the garlic shrimp with olive oil, paprika, salt — 3 min.
2. Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Spread the avocado puree on the tortilla.
4. Add shrimp, cucumber, chopped tomato.
5. Sprinkle with dried coriander, roll up and serve chilled.
