1. Brown the ground beef with onion, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika.
2. Add crushed tomatoes, simmer for 5 min.
3. Roast the sliced pepper in the pan.
4. Spread the beef mixture on the tortilla, add pepper.
5. Roll up, fry for 2 minutes to brown.
