🛒 Ingredients
2 Tomato
100 g Spinach
240 g Chickpeas
1/2 Lemon
3 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown chopped onion and garlic for 3 minutes in olive oil.
2. Add cumin, turmeric, cook for 1 min.
3. Add drained chickpeas, tomatoes, 600 ml of water. Simmer for 15 mins.
4. Add the spinach, cook for another 3 min.
5. Add salt, pepper, lemon and serve hot.
