1 Banana
150 g Strawberry
100 ml Enriched almond milk
120 g Greek yogurt
1 c. à soupe Chia seeds
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
2. Peel the banana.
3. Put strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt and almond milk in the blender.
4. Blend for 45 seconds until smooth.
5. Add a few chia seeds, mix for 5 seconds and serve chilled.
