🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
2 Carrot
200 g Greek yogurt
1 c. à café Dried mint
1 c. à café Ground cumin
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Finely grate the carrots.
2. Whisk the Greek yogurt with salt and ground cumin.
3. Mix carrots, yogurt and dried mint.
4. Refrigerate 15 minutes before serving.
5. Serve as an accompaniment to spicy dishes.
