3 Tomato
480 g Chickpeas
3 gousses Garlic
1 Onion
1 c. à café Smoked paprika
1 c. à café dried rosemary
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Brown the onion and garlic in olive oil.
2. Add smoked paprika and dried rosemary.
3. Add the chickpeas and crushed tomatoes.
4. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes over low heat.
5. Adjust the seasoning and serve with wholemeal bread.
