1 Lemon
800 g Chicken
2 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à café Garlic powder
1 pincée Black pepper
1 c. à café dried rosemary
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Brush the chicken with olive oil, Provencal herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Stuff the cavity with lemon and rosemary slices.
4. Bake for 45-50 min depending on size (clear juice = cooked).
5. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with roasted vegetables.
