Garlic and tomato shrimp pasta

🛒 Ingredients
3 Tomato
3 gousses Garlic
1/2 Onion
200 g Shrimp
2 c. à café Dried basil
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
180 g Wholemeal pasta
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the wholemeal pasta.
2. Sauté the shrimp for 2 minutes over high heat in olive oil, set aside.
3. In the same pan, brown garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
4. Add crushed tomatoes, basil, cook for 10 min.
5. Add shrimp and pasta, mix and serve.
