🛒 Ingredients
1 Tomato
40 g Greek yogurt
150 g Chicken
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 pincée Black pepper
2 Eggs
1 pincée Fine salt
1 c. à café Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Shred the cooked chicken, mix with crushed tomatoes, Provence herbs, salt.
3. Divide into buttered ramekins.
4. Dig a well, break an egg into each ramekin.
5. Add one tbsp. of Greek yogurt, bake in a bain-marie for 12-15 min.
