🛒 Ingredients
160 g Rice noodles
2 gousses Garlic
2 cm Ginger
1 Bell pepper
250 g Chicken
1 c. à soupe Sesame seeds
1/2 c. à café Ground turmeric
120 g Mushrooms
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, drain.
2. Sauté the chicken in strips for 5 minutes over high heat in olive oil.
3. Add mushrooms, pepper, garlic, ginger — sauté 4 min.
4. Add noodles, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt. Mix for 2 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
