Imam Bayildi stuffed zucchini

Zucchini version of this Turkish dish: tender vegetables in olive oil and tomato.

🛒 Ingredients
3 Tomato
3 gousses Garlic
4 Zucchini
2 Onion
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à café Sweet paprika
1 c. à café Dried parsley
3 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut the zucchini in half, hollow them out slightly.
2. Brown chopped onion, garlic and tomato in oil for 8 min.
3. Season with paprika, Provence herbs and fill the zucchini.
4. Arrange in a dish, drizzle with olive oil.
5. Bake at 180°C for 30 min.
