🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
1 c. à café Ginger
2 gousses Garlic
200 g Chicken
1/2 c. à café Ground coriander
1 c. à soupe Coconut oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix ground chicken, grated ginger, garlic, coriander and salt.
2. Place a spoonful of stuffing on each patty of dough.
3. Fold and seal the edges by making small folds.
4. Brown in an oiled pan for 2 minutes, then add water and cover for 5 minutes.
5. Serve with soy sauce and lemon.
