🛒 Ingredients
3 Zucchini
1 gousse Garlic
30 g Parmesan
200 g Greek yogurt
1 c. à café Herbs of Provence
2 Eggs
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice the zucchini into rounds.
2. Arrange them in a dish, add salt and pepper.
3. Mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, Provence herbs, beaten eggs.
4. Pour over the zucchini and sprinkle with parmesan.
5. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
