🛒 Ingredients
1/2 Bell pepper
2 Tomato
1 Lemon
1 Carrot
1/4 Onion
1/2 Grenade
1/2 c. à café Smoked paprika
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Cucumber
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cut tomatoes, cucumber into medium pieces, slice the onion.
2. Add pepper and grated carrot to a salad bowl.
3. Prepare the vinaigrette: lemon, olive oil, sumac (smoked paprika), salt.
4. Seed the pomegranate on top of the salad.
5. Pour in the vinaigrette, mix and serve immediately.
