1 Bell pepper
1 Zucchini
1 Onion
350 g Turkey
2 c. à café Herbs of Provence
1 c. à café Garlic powder
1 pincée Fine salt
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Brush the turkey with olive oil, Provence herbs, garlic powder, salt.
3. Arrange chopped pepper, zucchini and onion around it.
4. Bake for 30-35 min.
5. Serve with quinoa and a fresh salad.
