1 Lemon
320 g Turkey
3 c. à soupe Honey
1 c. à café Garlic powder
1 c. à café Sweet paprika
150 g Mushrooms
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
1 pincée Fine salt
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the marinade: honey, lemon juice, sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt.
2. Marinate the turkey cutlets for 20 min.
3. Cook them in the pan for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade.
4. Brown mushrooms as a side dish.
5. Serve with brown rice and remaining marinade juice.
