160 g Brown rice
1 Lemon
3 gousses Garlic
2 cm Ginger
80 g Spinach
2 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
300 g Shrimp
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook brown rice.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.
3. Add minced garlic and ginger, brown for 30 seconds.
4. Throw in the shrimp, sauté for 2-3 minutes until browned.
5. Add the spinach, mix for 1 min. Sprinkle with lemon and serve over rice.
