🛒 Ingredients
80 g Mango
250 ml Enriched almond milk
2 c. à café Maple syrup
1/4 c. à café Ground cinnamon
4 c. à soupe Chia seeds
40 g Grated coconut
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk (shredded coconut mixed with water) and maple syrup.
2. Add the cinnamon and mix well.
3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring after 30 minutes.
4. Serve in glasses with mango slices.
5. Sprinkle with toasted grated coconut.
