🛒 Ingredients
2 c. à soupe Maple syrup
1/4 c. à café Ground cinnamon
1 c. à soupe Chia seeds
40 g Grated coconut
80 g Cashew nuts
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Blend the cashews until you obtain a coarse paste.
2. Add the grated coconut, chia seeds and mix again.
3. Add the maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.
4. Form balls the size of a walnut.
5. Roll in grated coconut and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
