🛒 Ingredients
1 Lemon
1 Tomato
200 g Chicken
1/2 c. à café Ground cumin
1 c. à café Sweet paprika
1/4 c. à café Cayenne pepper
1 Lawyer
1 c. à soupe Extra virgin olive oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1. Season the chicken with paprika, cumin and salt.
2. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side and shred it.
3. Mash the avocado with lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
4. Top each rice cake with chicken, avocado and diced tomato.
5. Sprinkle with lemon and serve.
